Rabbi Moldovan’s Shabbat Shiur follows Mincha
Every Shabbat this month Rabbi Moldovan will give the Shabbat Shiur following Mincha. Please return for Mincha on time so that there is a minyan for Mincha and davening can proceed in a timely manner. Please remember to have Seudah Shelishit at home before returning for Mincha.
- Jewish Heritage Awareness Month is being observed at the State Capitol on Thursday, May 3rd from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, in collaboration with CT Jewish Historical Societies and Congregations Beth Israel and Mishkan Israel. Celebrate the 175th Anniversary of synagogues becoming legal entities in the State of Connecticut. A separate email has been sent with the flyer and registration information.
Shir Ba’Emek – An internationally acclaimed, award-winning singing ensemble from Afula-Gilboa, is in Fairfield County on Thursday May 3rd at 7:00 pm at The Conservative Synagogue, 30 Hillspoint Road, Westport, to celebrate Israel’s 70th Anniversary in a family-friendly celebration. Operation Fuel and the heating assistance programs help households pay for their winter heating bills and are based on income eligibility. “Many Fairfield residents, seniors and families struggle with the high cost of heating their homes, especially in the winter season.
